Skeleton?aware Implicit Function for single?view human reconstruction

چکیده
The aim is to reconstruct a complete and detailed clothed human from single-view input. Implicit function suitable for this task because it represents fine shape details varied topology. Current methods, however, often suffer artefacts such as broken or disembodied body parts, missing details, depth ambiguity due the complexity of articulation. main issue observed by authors structure-agnostic. To address these problems, fully utilise skinned multi-person linear (SMPL) model propose method using Skeleton-aware Function (SIF). alleviate proposed skeleton-aware structure prior makes skeleton awareness into an implicit function, which consists bone-guided sampling strategy skeleton-relative encoding strategy. deal with authors’ body-guided pixel-aligned feature exploits SMPL enhance 2D normal semantic features, aggregation uses extra geometry-aware enabling more plausible merging less noisy geometry. Additionally, SIF also adapted RGB-D input, experimental results show that outperforms state-of-the-arts methods on challenging datasets Twindom Thuman3.0.

Multiview Human Synthesis From a Singleview
We use deep generative models to synthesize multiview images given a single view. The generation process is done in two stages: in the first stage, we train a variational auto-encoder (VAE) [10] to synthesize a new view of the input image; in the second stage, we use a generative adversarial network (GAN) [5] to generate details on the output of the first stage. We evaluate our results using bo...
متن کاملImplicit function reconstruction in the errors-in-variables context
A method is presented that approximates the zero-set of an unknown implicit function based on a set of noisy observations. The algorithm operates by adaptively decomposing the entire domain into partially overlapping subdomains, minimizing misfit over the subdomain and splitting the subdomain if necessary. A consistent estimator is applied to get a parametric polynomial model for a single subdo...
متن کاملSelf-Organising Maps for Implicit Surface Reconstruction
This paper proposes an implicit surface reconstruction algorithm based on Self-Organising Maps (SOMs). The SOM has the connectivity of a regular 3D grid, each node storing its signed distance from the surface. At each iteration of the basic algorithm, a new training set is created by sampling regularly along the normals of the input points. The main training iteration consists of a competitive ...
متن کاملImplicit Meshes for Modeling and Reconstruction
Explicit surfaces, such as triangulations or wireframe models, have been extensively used to represent the deformable 3–D models that are used to fit 3–D point and 2–D silhouette data. The resulting approaches, however, suffer from the fact that fitting typically involves finding the facets that are closest to the 3–D data points or most likely to be silhouette facets. This requires searching, ...
متن کاملThe Implicit Function Theorem and Implicit Parametrizations∗
We discuss a differential equations treatment of the implicit functions problem. Our approach allows a precise and complete description of the solution, of continuity and differentiability properties. The critical case is also considered. The investigation is devoted to dimension two and three, but extensions to higher dimension are possible. MSC: 26B10, 34A12, 53A05. keywords: implicit functio...
